Training the trainers
Where clients require a training programme to be implemented, we typically work with a small group of individuals identified by the client to be trained as trainers. These trainers can then be used to fully deploy any training programme into the client organisation.
Support
We provide a fully managed service so that we are the first point of contact for our clients should they require support for any of our software solutions.
Solution reviews and change requests
We provide performance monitoring for our software solutions and can also put in place regular reviews with the client to ensure that any feature or change requests can be implemented.
